Whenever you have to make a choice between two desserts always go for the one that offers some nutrition and goodness besides the obvious empty calories and fat. Avoid the desserts that are just the combination of sugar, white flour, trans-fat and butter. This obviously which brings us to our two favourites- rasgulla and gulab jamun which are just not avoidable!
While both are comparable in sugar content and the number of calories, still one is slightly better than the other. Any guesses which is the healthier dessert?
